this article is to analyze the performance necessity of the evaluation index system of agent of government invested project,then combine with the characters of the substituted construction system of the government invested project and the project management,and abide by the basic principle of the index settlement,to construct a performance evaluation index system of the agent of government invested project which can answer for the need of the situation of our country.
