摘要
文章从项目融资的概述和商业房地产在我国的发展现状入手,阐述了项目融资在商业房地产开发中应用的可行性,进而说明了商业房地产项目融资中的主要模式以及存在的问题。
The paper first explains the meaning of project financing and the development status quo of business real estate,and then expounds the applied feasibility of project financing in business real estate,finally explains the main financing model and questions in the business real estate project financing.
