摘要
由于油井出砂,抽油泵泵筒及柱塞的防腐耐磨层易受到破坏;井液矿化度高,油井腐蚀严重,防腐耐磨层迅速大片脱落,造成砂卡柱塞、砂埋抽油杆等事故,使泵效降低。针对这些问题,安东石油技术有限公司研制开发了AOC特种合金抽油泵,利用合金涂层材料结合特殊的结构设计,很好地解决了出砂井的砂卡、砂埋及砂粒磨损泵筒、柱塞等问题,延长了抽油泵的使用寿命。主要介绍了AOC特种合金抽油泵的新材料、新工艺、结构、工作原理、抗砂防砂机理。现场应用效果表明,AOC特种合金抽油泵具有良好的防砂、耐腐蚀性能,应用前景广阔。
Destruction of anticorrosion wear-resisting layer on pump barrel and plunger piston, as well as well high well liquid salinity and serious well corrosion due to oil well sanding, causes anticorrosion wear-resisting layer widely falling off rapidly and accidents such as sand sticking, sand burying the pump rod, and so on, which reduce the pump efficiency. For solving these problems, the oil production technology of AOC special alloy pump is analyzed by Anton petroleum technology limited company. AOC special alloy oil pump, with alloy coating material and special structural design, solves some problems such as sand sticking, sand burying the pump, the attrition of pumps by sand grains, piston, etc. and prolongs the service life oil pump greatly. This paper mainly introduces new material and process, structure, operation principle and mechanism of sand control and resistance of AOC special alloy oil pump and proves the said pump is of good performance of solid control and anti-corrosive and broad prospects of application according to field testing.
