摘要
国内外油井结蜡分析的资料有很多,其中宏观性质上分析占大多数,原油机理方面的系统研究很少。通过采用高温气相色谱等先进技术,从机理上分析油井结蜡原因、所结蜡的分子组成、蜡的析出过程以及原油中的蜡与现场油管和抽油杆上析出的蜡在分子组成上的区别,从而为生产中所应用的清防蜡工艺提供理论依据,更好的指导现场清防蜡工作,使清防蜡工作从不断的试验、摸索,过渡到直接的选择和应用合适的清防蜡技术。
There are a lot of data of wax deposit in oil well home and abroad, in which most are analysis on macroscopic property while systematic researches of oil mechanism are very few. Analysis on wax deposit in oil well reason, component of wax deposit, wax precipitation process and difference in molecular component between wax in oil and that precipitated from site tubing and sucker rod by using advanced techniques of high temperature meteorological chromatography, provides theoretical basis for paraffin removal and control technology applied in production, better guidance for site paraffin removal and control. As a result, paraffin romoval and control operation gains paraffin removal and control technology with direct selection and reasonable selection transiting from process of constantly testing and feeling.
