固体缓蚀棒技术在王官屯油田的应用 被引量:2

摘要 王官屯油田部分油井井筒腐蚀严重。地层水矿化度高,采出液中富含H2S、CO2等酸性气体是腐蚀的主要原因。针对王官屯油田采出液特性,研制了一种具有缓慢释放特点的缓蚀剂,并制成固体缓蚀棒。在温度为60℃、缓蚀剂浓度为30mg/L时,N80钢试片在油田采出水中的缓蚀率为78.91%,综合考虑后确定固体缓蚀棒中缓蚀成分的含量为40%。现场应用10口井,平均检泵周期由2个月延长至4个月。该技术工艺简单,缓蚀效率高,对地层无伤害,有效期长,可为油田井筒防腐提供借鉴。 In Wangguantun Oilfield shafts of part oil wells corrode seriously. Reasons of corrosion are analyzed by site investigation and laboratory test. It concludes that high salinity of formation water and output fluid rich in acid gases such as H2S and CO2, are causes of corrosion. According to the characteristics of produced fluid in Wangguantun Oilfield, inhibitor with slowly releasing characteristics and solid inhibition rod are developed. Corrosion rate of 30 mg/L inhibitor for N80 steel coupon in oilfield produced water at 60 ℃ is 78.9%, and after comprehensive consideration content of inhibition composition of solid inhibition rod is determined as 40%. In field application of 10 wells, average pump detected period is prolonged to 4 months from 2 months. The technology of characteristics as simple process, high inhibition efficiency, no harm to formation and long effective period, may be a good reference to shaft anticorrosion of oilfields.
