摘要
聚合物驱采油技术的大规模推广在原油上产中发挥了重要作用,但油田采出水中聚合物含量不断增加,黏度也随之增高,水中油滴及固体悬浮物的乳化稳定性加强,污水处理难度加大。分析了冀东油田高尚堡作业区的水质状况,掌握了水中聚合物的浓度范围,模拟该区采出液中聚合物的浓度进行室内试验,总结出该区采出液中含不同浓度聚合物时油水沉降特性和变化规律,提出油田水处理系统适宜的聚合物浓度范围,评价了破乳剂的效果,为油田生产提供参考。
Mass generalization of polymer oil-extraction technology plays important roles in oil recovery. However, sewage disposal is more difficult for increment of polymer content and viscosity and enhancement of emulsion stability for oil drop and suspended solid in oilfield produced water. Analyzing recent water quality condition in Gaoshangpu operation region of Jidong Oilfield, acquiring concentration range of recent polymer in water by laboratory experiment, done by simulating polymer concentration of output fluid in this region, which concludes settlement characteristic and variation law of oil water while output fluid containing different concentration polymers this region and provides polymer concentration scope suitable for recent oil water disposal system, and evaluating recent effect of demulsifies, provides reference basis for oilfield production.
