摘要
为提高诊断装置状态监测与故障诊断结果的可靠性和准确性,设计开发了一种基于人工智能和专家系统技术相结合的振动监测保护和故障诊断系统。具体分析了系统的应用现状,分别阐述了EN9000智能在线振动监测保护系统和EN8000智能故障诊断系统的设计方法和主要功能。这两套系统已在国内外300多套设备上得到成功应用,对保证设备安全可靠地运行,减少判断故障的时间,提高设备管理维修水平起到了重要的作用。成功的运行经验,对同类及其他类似系统有着推广借鉴的意义。
In order to enhance the reliability and accuracy of the results of state monitoring and fault diagnosis, a vibration monitoring, protection and fault diagnosis system based on combined technology of artificial intelligence and expert system is designed and developed. The current applicable situation of the system is analyzed specifically. The design method and main functions of EN9000 on-line intelligent vibration monitoring, protection system and EN8000 intelligent fault diagnosis system are described respectively. These systems have been successfully running in more than 300 sets of equipment at home and abroad. This secures the system running safely and reliably, shortens the time of fault judgment and plays an important role in improving the level of management and maintenance for equipment. The successful application experience has significance for popularizing and reference in the same type and other similiar types of systems.
