摘要
宝钢分公司1420mm冷轧轧机测厚仪系统改造于2006年10月完成。新一代测量精度更高、运行更稳定的IMS公司X射线测厚仪取代了原DMC公司480型X射线测厚仪。通过对新设备资料的消化学习和设备运行效果的观察,并结合该项目实施过程中遇到的问题,简要分析了德国IMS公司X射线测厚仪的测量原理,介绍了该测厚仪的系统架构、性能指标及日常维护过程中的部分维护要领。成功的应用实践对同类系统及同行有一定的借鉴意义。
The retrofit of thickness measurement system of 1420 mm TCM in Baosteel Branch Corp. was completed in October 2006. The outmoded DMC-480 X ray thickness gauge is replaced by new type of IMS's X ray thickness gauge which features higher measuring accuracy and better stabilization. Through learning the documentations of the new gauge and observing for the running effects,and combining the issues occurring during practical operation, the measuring principle of the X ray thickness gauge from IMS Germany is analyzed in brief, and the system architecture, performance indexes, and some of the key points of maintenance for the gauge are introduced. The successful applications take references for the same type of systems, even for other companies in this industry.
