摘要
120kW电子束炉是一套较复杂的真空熔炼设备。为保障炉室正常熔炼及电子枪工作,对真空系统进行改造。根据其真空工艺流程,利用微机型真空计和PLC的可靠性,编写程序,实施了真空系统的改造,并利用软件实现了自动抽空;同时根据实际情况作了一些改进,简化了操作,降低了劳动强度和人为出错率。系统的稳定性得到了提高,受到了操作工的好评。
The 120 kW electron beam stove is a complicated vacuum melting equipment. In order to ensure normal melting in the stove and the electron guns working, the alteration has been done on the vacuum system. On basis of the vacuum technique, and by adopting the reliability of the microcomputer vacuum gauge and the PLC, the alteration with automatic vacuumizing is implemented by programming. In addition, some improvements have been made in accordance with practical conditions. This made the operation easier, the labor intensity and man-made mistakes decreased. The stability of the system is enhanced by using PLC, and the alteration is well received by the operators.
