智能型感应加热电源的研究及应用

Research and Application of Intelligent Power Supply for Inductive Heating

摘要 基于对现代控制方法的探讨,并结合电感应加热领域,研究和探讨了一种模糊的复合智能控制器,并有效地将其应用于100kW感应加热电源,实验波形和分析结果证明,该控制器不仅响应速度快且具有较高的控制精度。 On the basis of investigation on modern control methods, and combining with the knowledge in electrical inductive heating area, a compound fuzzy intelligent controller is researched and explored. The controller has been used in 100 kW power supply for inductive heating effectively. The experimental waveforms and the results of analysis show that the controller offers both quick response and high control accuracy.
