硫酸镁、维生素E对雄性小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨硫酸镁、维生素E单独应用和联合应用对雄性小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:3月龄雄性小鼠40只随机分设正常对照组、病理模型组、镁离子保护组;在保护组小鼠的饮水中分别加入硫酸镁、硫酸镁和维生素E、维生素E,饲养10d,腹腔注射0.15%CCl4致小鼠肝损伤,观察硫酸镁、维生素E单独应用和联合应用对小鼠实验性肝损伤肝中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,血清中ALT和AST以及肝细胞的形态变化。结果:镁离子和维生素E能显著降低血清中ALT和AST以及肝细胞中脂质过氧化物MDA的含量,减轻肝细胞气球样变性及坏死及炎性细胞浸润,硫酸镁和维生素E合用有协同效应。结论:硫酸镁和维生素E对雄性小鼠实验性肝损伤有保护作用。 Objective:To study the protective effects of Magnesium Sulplateon and Tocopherol on chemical liver injury.Method:40 3-month-old male rats are divided into 3 groups at random,(1)control group,(2)model group,(3)magnesium ion group.We added magnesium sulplateon,the compound of magnesium sulplateon and tocopherol,and tocopherol respectively into the drinking water for the rats in magnesium group.Aafter raising them for 10 days,0.15% CCL4 was injected into the abdominal cavity of the rats;then relevant parameters such as the content of MDA in the chemical injured liver,the ALT and the AST in the serum and the morphologic change of the hepatocyte.were obseved Result:Magnesium ion and Tocopherol reduced the contentd of ALT and AST in the serum and the content of MDA in the hepatocyte observably,and decreased the hepatocellular ballooning,focal necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration.The joint application of Magnesium sulplateon and tocopherol hasve the synergistic effect.Conclusion:Magnesium Sulplateon and Tocopherol have protective effect on chemical liver injury in rats
