摘要
目的:分析FRⅢ型矫治器前腭弓易断原因并实验用不同材料特别是创新使用自制麻花丝制作前腭弓,统计研究其折断率,便提高疗效。方法:实验对象按5种不同材料分组,经过统计学处理比较各组折断率差异。结果:5种不同材料对比,以0.5mm双股不锈钢丝麻花丝折断率最低效果最好。结论:FRⅢ型矫治器前腭弓用麻花丝后折断率显著下降,疗效增强。
Objective:To analyze the cause of anterior palatal bow breaking in FRⅢ appliance To experiment with different materials making anterior palatal bow,espelially the selfmiaking twisted steal wire and study the fracture rate to improve the curative effect.Methods:Subjects were divided into five groups,according to the different materials,deal with the data with spss12.0 to compare the fracture rate between five groups.Results:In the five groups,the fracture rate of anterior palatal bow made from double twisted steel wire was lowest,and it`s clinical effect was best.Conclusion:The fracture rate of anterior palatal bow in FRⅢ appliance decreased significantly after it was made of twisted wire and it`s curetive effect improved.
