In this paper,we discuss the relationship between right quasi-linear inner inverse and quasi-linear projection for linear transformations.We prove that the relation between right quasi-linear inner inverse and quasi-linear projection P of N(T) and quasi-linear projection Q of R(T) are one to one corresponding.
