摘要
分析了太钢袁家村铁矿石英型氧化矿石的化学成分、矿物组成、粒度嵌布特征。通过磨矿细度试验、粗精矿流程试验、药剂用量试验,证明脱泥反浮选流程比直接反浮选流程具有较大优势,不仅可以使铁精矿品位得到较大提高,还可以节省浮选药剂。
Chemical components,mineral composition and mineral dissemination characteristics of Yuanjiacun quartz-type oxide ore were studied.The experiments on grinding fineness,flowsheets for rough concentrate processing,and flotation reagent rate show that the flowsheet of desliming-reverse flotation has advantages over that of direct reverse flotation,as the former can not only elevate obviously the grade of iron concentrate,but also save the assumption of flotation reagents.
