摘要
通过上海某酒店BA系统的实际应用案例,阐述了建筑设备监控系统(BA)在建筑节能中所起的作用。在暖通空调设备方面,该酒店以BA系统为平台,采取了提高冷冻水温度;适当提高大堂、走廊、办公室的设定温度;根据回风CO2气体浓度自动调节新风风门的开启度;根据室内人员变动规律以相应的运行程序控制新风阀等节能措施。在照明控制方面,文章探讨了以节能为前提、传感器等技术为基础、BA系统为实现平台的智能照明控制方案。
This paper elaborates on the role of building automation system in construction energy conservation by means of the case of a hotel in Shanghai. In the way of heating ventilating and air conditioning facility, the hotel adopts series of energy saving measures,such as improving temperature of chilled water, improving the given temperature of the hall, corridors and offices, automatically adjusting the opening of outeside air damper based on the situation of CO etc. Further more, the paper discusses the intelligent lighting control program based on the premise of energy conservation and the basis of sensor techniques,taking building automation system as utility platform.
