The article takes a mobile com-munication multiple-use building as an example to analyze the characteristics of power transformation and distribution system:one power source of first class load comes from urban power grids,the other power source provided by standby diesel generator set,and additional standby diesel generator set is established as emergency power supply for special important loads in first loads. And the special design of power transformation and distribution for this kind of buildings is also formulated.
