摘要
使控制区域能够适应交通流的不断变化,做到控制区域的自行组合、拆分是解决城市交通拥堵的有效方式。本文提出一种以静态区域控制为基础,通过对城市交通拥堵进行分类,采取不同的判断标准,实现动态分区控制的的思想。
That the control region can adapt to the ever-changing traffic flow and can realize the combination and resolution by itself is an effective way.This paper proposed the idea which takes the static region control as a foundation,classifies the transportation blocks,and adopts the different judgment standard.In the end it will realize the dynamic district control strategy.
