鸡基因组序列比较分析研究进展
摘要
红色原鸡是中生代中期therapod恐龙现存的后代,它是第一个基因组被测序并拥有基因组草图序列的非哺乳脊椎动物.它的草图序列大约含有10亿个碱基对,估计编码2万～2.3万个基因.家鸡独立于哺乳动物进化已经大约有3.1亿年的历史,现在所获得的基因组草图序列为其基因组6.6倍的覆盖率:①鸡的基因组序列跟哺乳动物基因组序列相比大约有3倍的差距,主要是散在重复序列、假基因和片段复制(重复)序列的减少.……
