摘要
为探讨酶制剂对肉鸡表观代谢能的影响,选用180只21日龄公鸡,分别饲喂A、B、C、D、E、F共6种日粮,A组为正对照组,B组为负对照组,C组为在B组基础上添加0.1%的康地恩复合酶101M,D、E、F组为在B组基础上分别添加0.05%的康地恩复合酶Ⅰ、酶a、酶b。结果表明,C、D、F组表观代谢能显著高于B组(P<0.05),E组与B组差异不显著(P>0.05),C、D、F组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),氮校正代谢能和表观代谢能结论一致。低能量日粮添加0.1%的康地恩复合酶101M、0.05%的康地恩复合酶Ⅰ及酶b可以提高日粮的表观代谢能和氮校正代谢能(P<0.05)。
To evaluate the effect of dietary enzyme preparations on apparent metabolizable energy(AME) in broilers,180 male broiler chicks of twenty-one days age were fed with six diets,as A,B,C,D,E,F,the treatment A was used as the positive control,the treatment B was the negative control, the treatment C,D,E,F were fed the diet supplemented with 0.1% KDN 101M,0.05% KDNⅠ,enzyme A and B,respectively. The AME of C,D,F were higher than B(P<0.05), the AME of E was not different with B(P>0.05), the effect between C,D and F were not different(P>0.05), the conclusion of AMEn was the same with AME. The results indicated that supplementation with 0.1% KDN 101M,0.05% KDNⅠand enzyme b would increase the AME and AMEn of the low-energy diet(P<0.05).
