摘要 RNA干扰是外源性或内源性双链RNA诱发的mRNA水平上的基因沉默机制。该技术具有高效性、特异性,随着研究的深入,具有广阔的前景。文章对RNA干扰的发现、作用机制及其在家禽领域的应用和前景作一综述,为应用RNA干扰技术防治禽病提供理论参考。
