摘要
用剂量为0.5、1、2、4 Gy 的^(60)Co-γ射线照射7日龄 AA 肉仔鸡,14天饲养试验后测量生产性能和血液生化指标。辐照剂量为0.5 Gy 时对肉仔鸡生长有刺激作用,血中总蛋白、尿酸、葡萄糖含量却无明显差异;剂量增大到1 Gy 后促生长效果不明显;当剂量增大到4 Gy 时对生长产生明显的抑制作用。试验组羟自由基含量与所受剂量呈正相关,与生产性能呈负相关。低剂量γ射线照射可通过提高肉鸡抗氧化能力,促进生长,生产中辐照剂量不宜大于0.5 Gy。
Seven-day-age Arbor Acres(AA)chickens were irradiated with 0.5,1,2 and 4 Gy of ^(60)Co γ-ray.After 14 days feeding experiments,growth performance and blood biochemical parameters were measured.The dose of 0.5 Gy of γ- ray irradiation improved growth performance,but the contents of blood total protein,uric acid and glucose had no significant difference.The dose of 1 Gy had no effect on growth performance while the dose of 4 Gy inhibited growth significantly.The contents of the hydroxyl radical were positively correlated with received dose and negatively correlated with the performance of broiler chickens.Low-dose γ-ray irradiation can increase antioxidant ability and growth performance,but the radiation dose should not exceed 0.5 Gy.
