This paper expounds the phenomena,causes and treatment on typical problems while debugging in the 150 MW unit of Inner Mongolia Zhunnenggan Electric Power Co.Ltd.,in terms of the large temperature difference between the above and below cylinder in the high pressure cylinder during startup,be difficult to control on expansive difference of high and middle pressure cylinder,pressure exceptional changes of lubricating oil for steam seal system,exceptional vibration of unit,no leakage tube before high pressure exhaust check valves,not-full opening of high pre-ssure main steam door after closing the door.It should take references for the same type unit during debugging.
