摘要
介绍了传统通信监测系统的组成和功能,提出了基于变电站自动化系统和SCADA系统实现通信设备运行监测的一种新方法,并对其结构设计、实现方法和功能优势进行了分析。
The composition and function of usual communication monitor system are introduced.Then,a new method of communication devices operating monitor based on power substation automation system and SCADA system is proposed;the structures design,implementing methods and functional advantages are analyzed at last.
