摘要
阐述了不锈钢的类型和抗腐蚀原理,介绍了奥氏体不锈钢316L与双相不锈钢2205的焊接工艺,并在分析不锈钢大管道焊接特点的基础上,对氩弧焊打底充氩方式进行调整,保证了焊接过程中不发生背面氧化问题。
Types and anti-corrosion principle of stainless steel are expounded firstly,then welding technics of austin stainless steel 316 L and welds with duplex stainless steel are presented.The argon filled mode of TIG welding are regulated to ensure welding process without back oxidation based on analysis on the stainless steel of large tubes characteristics.
