摘要 研究了含1.7%C超高碳钢高频感应淬火后的组织特征。试验表明,该钢经淬火与高温回火预处理后再进行高频感应淬火后的组织中存在大量的板条马氏体,且板条马氏体数量随感应循环次数的增加而增多,讨论了该钢感应加热淬火后的组织特征。 The microstructure of ultrahigh carbon steel (UHCS) containing 1.7 wt% carbon was examined after high frequency induction heat treatment for different times. The results show that a large quantity of lath martensite sub-structure obtained in the microstructure after high-frequency induction heating and quenching treatment. The quantity of lath martensite increases with the increase of the number of high-frequency induction heating and quenching. The characteristics of the microstructure after high-frequency induction heating and quenching is discussed.
