木凤胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量

Content Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Mufeng Capsules by HPLC

目的建立木凤胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法(HPLC),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(90:10);检测波长为210nm;柱温40℃。结果齐墩果酸线性范围为50.2～351.4μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.32%,RSD%为1.1%(n=9)。结论方法可靠、简单可行,为控制木凤胶囊的质量提供了科学依据。

OBJECTIVE To set up a method for determining oleanolic acid in Mufeng capsules.METHODS HPLC,mobile phase:methanol-0.4% H3PO4 solution(90:10),detection wavelength:210 nm.RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the range of 50.2～351.4 μg·mL-1.The average recovery and RSD% were 98.32% and 1.1%.CONCLUSION This method is accurate,reliable and provide a scientific index for controlling the qualities of Mufeng capsules.
