4种给药方案治疗滴虫性阴道炎的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis in Treatment of Trichomonal Viginitis with 4 Administration

目的探讨4种给药方案治疗滴虫性阴道炎所产生的疗效。方法选择我院门诊滴虫性阴道炎患者200例,随机分为4组,分别给予A组保妇康栓、B组孚舒达栓(复方甲硝唑栓)、C组替硝唑栓、D组奥硝唑胶囊,运用药物经济学方法进行分析。结果A组方案成本最低并且疗效好。结论保妇康栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎不仅疗效好、成本低、不良反应小并且对解决当今临床上抗生素的耐药性问题有积极作用。

OBJECTIVE To estimate the cost-effectiveness of four administrations in the treatment of trichomonal viginitis.METHODS 200 out-patient clinic patients with trichomonal viginitis in our hospital were randomly divinded into 4 groups receiving baofukang suppositories,compound metronidazole suppositories and tinidazole suppositories,ornidazole capsules respectively. RESULTS The cost of baofukangshuan with good efficiency is the lowest.CONCLUSION With good effect,lowest cost and little sideffects of Administration of baofukang suppositories may play an active role in tolerance of antibiotics in clinical nowadays.
