三七总皂苷分散片溶出度考察

A Dissolution Inspection of Notoginseng Total Saponin Fensanpian

目的:考察自制三七总皂苷分散片的溶出度。方法:以蒸馏水为溶出介质,采用转篮法测定三七总皂苷分散片中Rg1、Rb1、R1三者总和的的溶出度,并与市售胶囊剂与普通片剂比较。结果:三七总皂苷分散片在40min内累积溶出百分率为93.7%,胶囊剂在80min内累积溶出百分率为84.4%,普通片剂在120min内累积溶出百分率为72.3%。结论:三七总皂苷分散片的溶出较胶囊剂与普通片剂快。

Objective: To inspect the dissolution of self-made Notoginseng Total Saponin Fensanpian.Methods: Medium was made out by distilled water and a was used to determine the total dissolution of Rg1,Rb1 and R1 of Notoginseng Total Saponin Fensanpian and a comparison was made with market capsule and common tablet.Results: The rate of the accumulative dissolution of Notoginseng Total Saponin Fensanpian in 40min was 93.7%,the rate of the accumulative dissolution of the market capsule in 80min was 84.4%,the rate of the accumulative dissolution of the common tablet in 120min was 72.3%.Conclusion: The dissolution of Notoginseng Total Saponin Fensanpian is quicker than that of the market capsule and that of the common tablet.
