摘要
目的:建立白带丸中芍药苷HPLC含量测定方法。方法:固定相:Kromasil5u100AC18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85);流速:1ml.min-1;检测波长:230nm;柱温:室温。结果:该方法线性范围为0.3878～1.551μg(r=0.9996,n=9),平均加样回收率为99.78%,RSD为0.36%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确,简便灵敏,可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Baidai pill by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:A stationary phase of kromasil 5u 100A C18 was used.A fluid phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(15:85).The flow speed was set at 1ml·min-1.The determination wavelength was 230nm.The column temperature was room temperature.Results:The linear range of the method was 0.3878～1.551μg(r=0.9996,n=9).The rate of average recovery was 99.78% and RSD was 0.36%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple,sensitive and reliable and can be used in the quality control of Baidai pill
