健儿口服液质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Jainer Oral Liquid

目的:制定健儿口服液质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别陈皮、黄芪,高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果:TLC色谱能明显检出陈皮、黄芪,含量测定线性关系良好,橙皮苷的平均回收率为97.53%,RSD=1.31%。结论:本方法简便,准确,重现性好,可供本品质量控制。

Objective:To establish a quality standard for the quality control of Jianer oral liquid.Methods:TLC method was used to determine the content of pericarpium citri reticulatae and radix astragali.A high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of hesperdin.Results:The content determination linear presented a good relation.The average recovery rate of the dried tangerine was 99.1% and RSD was 0.74%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and has a good reproducibility and can be used in the quality control of the product.
