摘要
阐述了磷化渣的性质、形成机理、对环境造成的污染和危害及当前国内磷化渣排放的现状,同时介绍了3种磷化渣资源化处理的方法,即配制磷化液和带锈转化液、制备无毒防锈颜料及配制聚合磷酸氯化铁混凝剂。
The characteristics and the formation mechanism,the pollution and damage brought to environment,and the current situation of phosphating residue treatment at home are reviewed.Meanwhile,three feasible ways to utilize the phosphating residue to prepare phosphate liquid and rust conversion liquid,non-toxic anti corrosive pigment,and poly-phosphate-ferric chloride coagulant are introduced.
