摘要
对含有一定量重金属离子Cu2+、Ni2+的废弃菌丝体吸附剂通过厌氧发酵进行了资源化处理.结果表明:在重金属离子残余量不大于400 mg/kg(吸附剂)时,对含有Cu2+、Ni2+离子的废弃菌丝体吸附剂进行厌氧发酵处理是一条有效的资源化途径,单位累计总产气量分别为364~419 mL/gVS和402~457 mL/gVS,与单位累计总产气量为364 mL/gVS单纯的菌丝体吸附剂的厌氧发酵相比,产气中的甲烷含量也分别提高了33.3%、13.6%.而且在厌氧发酵过程中,Cu2+、Ni2+都实现了向更稳定态的转化,转化率分别为80%和41%左右,降低了重金属离子的危害.
Resource-oriented treatment of abandoned mycelium adsorbent contaminated by a certain amount of heavy metal ions of Cu2+,Ni2+ through anaerobic fermentation is studied.The results indicated that the anaerobic fermentation of abandoned mycelium adsorbent containing Cu2+,Ni2+ less than 400 mg/kg was an effective way for resource-oriented treatment,and the cumulative methane yield was 364-419 mL/gVS and 402-457 mL/gVS respectively.Compared with the anaerobic fermentation of pure mycelium adsorbents with the cumulative methane yield of 364 mL/gVS,the methane content in gas was also enhanced by 33.3%、13.6% respectively.In addition,Cu2+and Ni2+ were transformed into more stable states in the process of anaerobic fermentation,with the transformation rate 80% and 41% respectively,and therefore the process also reduced the harm of heavy metal ions.
