摘要
研究了利用旋转闪蒸干燥机干燥裂化催化剂的可行性.试验结果表明:在进风温度为180~400℃,尾气温度小于150℃的操作条件下,催化剂的最终水质量分数为6%~30%变化,而且在试验过程中,催化剂没有破碎现象,旋转闪蒸干燥器完全可以用于干燥裂化催化剂.
The possibility of using spin-flash drier to dry fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) catalyst was studied.The experimental results showed that the final water content of catalyst after drying was 6 wt%~30 wt% under the operating conditions:the temperature of inlet hot air was 180~400℃,and exit gas was less than 150℃,and there no cracked catalyst came into being in the whole process.This result showed that the spin-flash drier could completely meet the drying effect of FCC catalyst drying.
