用Excel特殊函数实现标准化换热器计算机自动模拟设计

摘要 以饱和蒸汽冷凝加热甲苯工艺过程为实例,详细介绍了用Excel特殊函数实现标准化换热器计算机自动模拟设计。结果表明,巧妙利用Excel中"宏"、"单变量求解"、"循环语句"、"查阅"、"匹配"和"选择"等特殊函数,对解决换热器设计中多处冗长繁琐的重复试算异常奏效,并可给出多个技术上可行的选择方案。另外,充分证明在满足一定的工艺条件下,合适的换热器并不是唯一的,最终选用取决于设备购置费用与日常操作费用经济效益的比较。 With an example of process of saturated vapor condensing and heating toluene,the method of design for standardizing heat exchanger by Excel special functions is introduced in detail.The results indicated that not only it was practicable to replace completely repeating and tedious calculation process using Trail and Error in design of heat exchanger with those of Excel special functions such as 'Macro','Goal seek','If-then-else','V-lookup',and 'Match',but also it gave more than one suitable heat exchangers which were feasible technically.What's more,it also proved that heat exchangers matching with the determined process conditions were not sole,but the bigger,the better.Finally the heat exchanger chosen depended on comparisons economically of money spent in purchasing this device with production operating cost daily.
