摘要 高校自主创新能力评价测度研究是当前科技评价领域的一个热点,对于推动创新型国家和创新型大学建设有着重要的意义。本文介绍了大学科技评价的国内外研究现状,提出了高校自主创新能力的评价指标体系,通过主成分单体模糊神经网络方法,对高校自主创新能力进行评价测度,并选取部分高校为样本进行实证分析。 Currently,the research on university independent innovation ability is a hot spot in the field of the science and technology evaluation.It has a vital significant to give an impetus to the construction of the innovation country and the innovation university.The domestic and foreign present situations in the research on the university science and technology appraisal are introduced,and a kind of appraisal target system of university independent innovation ability is proposed.By means of the monomer fuzzy neural network method with the principle component analysis,the appraisal measure to the university independent innovation ability is carried on and partial universities are selected as the samples for the demonstration.
