摘要
本文从评估机构的功能定位与性质、评估对象、目的导向、经费来源、评估类型、实施方式、评估报告的处理方式及结果的运用等方面,比较分析美国、英国、法国、德国、荷兰等发达国家的高等教育评估制度,旨在为不断完善我国高等教育评估制度提供参考。
In order to provide reference information for improving higher education evaluation stems in China,the higher education evaluation systems of U.S.A.,U.K.,France,Germany,and Netherlands are compared form the different aspect.
