摘要
本文从高等学校所肩负的主要功能入手,阐述了高等学校在建设国家创新体系中,如何切实加强人才培养,科学研究,社会服务以及国际交流。本文提出了目前部分高等学校在如何搭建科研平台存在的一些问题,以及近期高校开展科技工作的重点。
Begin with addressing major functionality of the university,following issues are discussed,that is how to enhance the cultivation of talents,the scientific research,the social service,and the international exchange in the university for building the national innovation system.Some problems existed in how to build the scientific research platform in some universities at present are pointed out,and the focal point of recent technical work in the universities is emphasized.
