摘要
加强装备研制项目风险管理是解决武器装备研制项目"拖进度、降性能、涨费用"问题的重要措施之一.风险评估是风险管理的核心工作.本文提出了一种基于专家群组的装备研制项目风险评估的方法和步骤,对我国装备研制管理实际的适应性、可操作性较好.
The risk assessment is the kernel of the risk management.To strengthen risk management is one of the important steps to settle the problems,such as delaying the plan,lowering the performance,and boosting the expenditure in projects of the weapon research.A risk assessment method for projects of the weapon research based on expert group is given,the method is preferably in adaptability and maneuverability to the management of weapon research.
