Measuring Managerial Efficiency: A New Approach Based on Management Effectiveness

摘要 管理有效性反映的是评价单元生产绩效或经济绩效的相对改变程度.管理有效性值的度量可以通过数据包络分析方法实现.本文发现:从管理有效性出发测算管理效率可以在一定程度上弥补现有一些测评管理效率方法的不足,并论证了基于管理有效性理念测算管理效率的合理性与可行性.最后利用本文提供的方法对某集团公司下属10个分公司2006年的管理效率进行了测算,并得到了一些值得借鉴的结论.为了满足数据包络分析的经验法则,评价单元的生产绩效或经济绩效由因子分析法获得.
