A Study on the Profit Model for the Motivation Resource Effect Decline

摘要 以资源为基础的激励,随着激励客体内部驱动力的波动、变化以及客体对激励刺激物敏感性的下降,原有的激励资源逐渐降低或失去激励效用.本文在基于不同视角审视激励资源效用下降模式的基础上,对效用下降机理进行了深入分析,界定了激励资源的生命周期,并针对不同周期设计了解决效用下降问题的不同的激励盈利模式,为提高激励管理效益提供了有效的决策工具和方法.
