摘要
为了防止电力系统发生电压崩溃事故,在传统的无功优化中,引入电压稳定裕度指标,提出了在保证一定电压稳定裕度的基础上以系统有功网损和控制成本最小的无功优化模型,并且考虑了N-1运行方式;当裕度不满足要求时,以增强电网电压稳定裕度为主;用非线性原-对偶内点法求解,将电压稳定裕度指标直接放在约束条件中;同时为了稳定控制的需要,在约束中又考虑了发电机无功储备问题;采用十字交叉链表矩阵稀疏技术,开发了高性能的计算程序,在福建省网173节点系统试验表明,该方法是可行的、有效的,达到了预期的效果。
For preventing power system's voltage collapsing,the voltage stability margin is introduced in the traditional reactive power optimization.The paper proposes a model of reactive power optimization which minimizes the loss of active power and the cost of control based on ensuring the voltage stability margin to a certainty.And it also considers the N-1 running modes.The method puts the voltage stability margin directly in the restrict conditions solved by the primal-dual interior point algorithm.Considering the requirement of stability control,the generator's reactive power reserves is also in the restrict condition.The proposed method uses the sparse matrix technology and develops a high-powered program.It is effective and has the expected effect when tested in the FUJIAN 173-node system.
