摘要
阐述了SF6气体在过热和放电等异常情况下分解物生成的机理,分析了影响SF6气体分解物生成的因素,并介绍了目前应用SF6气体分解物进行电气设备内部故障诊断定位的情况,论述了国内外有关电气设备内SF6气体分解物各项成分的监控值问题。
The decomposing principle of SF6 in the abnormal conditions including over-heating and discharging is described,the factorsaffecting the SF6's decomposing are analyzed,then the condition of electric equipment fault diagnosis using decomposing gases at presentis introduced,andthen the critical data of the decomposing gases in the electric equipment at home and abroad is analyzed.
