摘要
介绍了江苏某热电厂上网关口计量故障的情况,经过调查分析,找出了故障原因,主要包括变电站侧电能计量装置存在压降不合格与旁路电量未计入,以及电厂侧电能计量装置压降不合格与电压二次回路误接,并计算出应退补给电厂的电量,最后验证了计算的正确性。
The paper introduces the situations of the fault measurement at the input pass of a Thermal Power Co.,Ltd,in Jiangsu.Fault reasons are the voltage drop of the electric energy measuring equipment in the side of substation or power plant is not eligible,the bypass energy is not counted and the secondary circuits connect inaccurately.The retrieving energy is calculated.Simulation results indicate the modified calculation is right.
