含FACTS装置的分步优化阻塞管理方法研究

摘要 针对含柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)装置的阻塞管理问题进行了研究,提出了一种新的含FACTS装置的分步优化阻塞管理方法。该方法首先在不改变交易量的情况下对FACTS装置的控制参数进行优化求解,获取最优参数解后,把该参数作为已知量纳入最优经济调度模型,削减交易,直至消除阻塞。此方法与传统的将FACTS参数纳入全局最优进行优化的方法相比,具有计算简单,运算速度快的优势。特别是在现货市场中当系统阻塞程度较轻,如依靠调节FACTS控制参数就可消除阻塞时,就不需要调整发电计划和负荷用电计划就可以完全消除阻塞,符合各个市场参与者的经济利益要求。仿真算例结果说明,所提方法合理有效,具有良好的工程应用前景。 A new stepwise optimal method for congestion management was proposed in this paper,which is utilized for congestion management with FACTS devices.Firstly the parameters of FACTS devices were optimized without changing the trades,then the results of optimal parameters could be taken as known quantities used in optimal economic dispatch model to reduce congestion.Compared with traditional optimization method for congestion management,this new method is much more convenient for computing,and is quicker than the traditional method.
