无锡地区某钢铁企业谐波治理

摘要 为消除冶金钢铁企业注入电网的谐波污染,提高电能质量,确保电网和用电设备安全、稳定、可靠运行,对江苏无锡地区重点谐波源用户进行统计分析,选取谐波影响严重用户进行治理。根据无锡地区的实际情况采用对谐波超标钢铁企业安装低损耗滤波装置,抑制其高次谐波,提高功率因数。先后对谐波影响严重用户在实施谐波治理前后进行谐波测试和数据分析,实践证明采用此措施抑制了谐波对电力系统的危害,减少了谐波对电网的影响,提高了电能质量,在降低波形畸变率的同时,无功功率补偿显著,治理效果明显。 In order to eliminate the harmonic pollution infused by the metallurgy steel enterprises,improve the electric power quality,insure that the power system and electrical equipments could work safely,steadily and reliably,we analyze the users of serious harmonic source in Wuxi area,deal with the users that bring serious harmonic affections.According to the fact in the Wuxi area we set filters with less power loss for the steel enterprise whose harmonic level is too high,in order to restrain its ultraharmonics and advance its power factor.By measuring the harmonics and analyzing the data before and after the harmonic treatment to the users that caused serious harmonic influence,we proved that we could restrain the harmonic harm and influence to the power system in this way,and in this way we could also improve the power quality,and at the same time of reducing the wave form aberration,we could also obtain notable reactive power compensation and treating effect.
