摘要 数字化变电站是电力系统自动化发展的方向,国家电网公司在"十一五"科技发展规划中明确提出研究数字化变电站技术。IEC61850和电子式PT/CT是数字化变电站的两大基石。探讨了数字化变电站在二次回路、通信规约、信息模型、工程组态、网络设备五个方面的技术特征,并给出了两种数字化变电站实现架构:一是在间隔层及站控层采用IEC61850标准,二是从过程层采用电子互感器及全站采用IEC61850标准。 The research of digital substation technologies is presented in State Grid's technology development planning.IEC 61850 standard and the use of electronic transformer are the key technologies of digital substation.Digital substation is a revolution of power system,which differs with traditional substation.Now there are two frames of digital substation:using IEC61850 standard in layers of bay and substation,using electronic transformer in layer of process and using IEC61850 standard in the whole substation.
