摘要
The aromatic constituents of tobacco were investigated by Accelerated Solvent Extraction(ASE) and GC-MS.Results obtained from different extraction solvent and temperature were also compared,ASE with acetone solvent in the 60℃ gave the most desirable results.There are several virtue in the analysis of the neutral components in tobacco with ASE,including good repeatability,high recovery,simplicity,fast,saving labor and solvent.In addition,ASE is suitable to determine the aromatic constituents of tobacco.
