摘要 An analysis method for the residue of diethylstilbestrol in animal tissue by LC-MS/MS was developed.Isotope internal standard was added to the sample,and after equilibration,the sample was extracted by methanol.The diethylstilbestrol was determined by HPLC-MS/MS,and the recovery range is 71.2%-88.4%,the RSD is less than 3%.
