摘要 Agilent 6410 LCQQQ was employed to determine small molecule acrylamine in food.Rapid and quantitative analysis was achieved.LOQ of the method was obtained at 10 ng/mL,while LOD was observed at 1 ng/mL.Real samples of tea with different varieties and processing techniques were run and different amount of acrylamine was found in those samples.
