野罂粟的质量标准研究

Study on quality standard for Papaver nudicaule L.

目的:建立野罂粟药材的质量标准。方法:采用HPLC法测定野罂粟中野罂粟碱的含量。结果:野罂粟中野罂粟碱的平均含量为0.003%,野罂粟碱在0.131～7.848μg呈良好线性关系,r=0.9993。结论:该鉴别及含量测定的方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于控制野罂粟的质量。

Objective:To establish the quality standard for Papaver nudicaule L..Method:The content of nudicaulineⅠis determined by HPLC.Results:The average of nudicaulineⅠ content is 0.003%.NudicaulineⅠ had a good linearity in the range of 0.131~7.848 μg,r=0.9993.Conclusion:The methods of identification and content determination are simple,reliable and reproducible.They can be used effectively for the quality control of Papaver nudicaule L..
